Nico Kruger

Nico Krüger possesses extensive experience in sales engineering and customer success within the software industry. Currently serving as a Board Observer at Rollbar since January 2021, Nico also leads the Global Customer Engineering Teams, overseeing Pre Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, and Technical Support. Previously, at Perforce Software from January 2017 to January 2021, Nico held multiple positions including Director of Global Sales Engineering, where responsibilities included mentoring and developing a diverse sales engineering team. Earlier roles at Seapine Software Inc. and Sandbox encompassed establishing offices, performing technical consulting globally, and leading pre and post-sale efforts. Nico's educational background includes a Disruptive Strategy course from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Fordham University.
