Isabelle Meerwaldt

Isabelle Meerwaldt currently serves as the Global Director of HR&O at Roll Group since July 2021, following a role as Global Human Resources Manager. Prior experience includes a position as a member of the Human Capital advisory council board at evofenedex and multiple roles at Proponent, where Isabelle worked as Regional Human Resources Director and Regional Human Resources Manager. Previous experience encompasses HR management positions at Gist, ING Commercial Banking, and ING group staff insurance, along with earlier HR roles at IDS Scheer and Polvo BV. Isabelle holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management from HZ University of Applied Sciences and completed further education at NCOI University of Applied Sciences from 2019 to 2020.
