Richard Peckover

Richard Peckover is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management, operations, and engineering within the heavy lift and transportation sectors. Currently serving as the Global Director at Roll Group since June 2022, Richard focuses on delivering innovative project logistics solutions. Prior roles include Managing Director of Americas at Equinox Projects (August 2020 - Present), and Managing Director at Mammoet (January 2020 - May 2020) where a strategic review of onshore renewables was executed. Richard held the position of Managing Director at ALE from November 2017 to January 2020, leading various change programs and achieving significant cost reductions, and previously managed the Middle East, Africa, and Central Asia region of ALE, where business growth increased from US$35M to US$120M. Richard began the career at ALE UK in various managerial roles, significantly contributing to sales achievements. Richard holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc Hons) in Transport Management from Aston University.
