Gerard MacDonald has extensive experience in management and sales within the metal industry, having served as General Manager and Regional Manager at Rolled Alloys Canada since October 1996. In these roles, Gerard focused on human resources objectives, including recruitment and training of sales personnel, and driving business expansion through effective lease negotiation and property acquisition for new division offices. Prior to this, Gerard worked at Atlantic Tube & Steel in Inside Sales, where responsibilities included cold calling and follow-up communication to develop new sales accounts. Gerard holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Prince Edward Island and completed a Quality Assurance certification in AS9100 Rev C in 2011.
