Steve Pearce has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Steve began their career as a Chemical Engineer at National Starch and Chemical in Plainfield, NJ in 1983. From there, they held various roles within the company, including Production Supervisor in Chicago and Plant Superintendent in Hazleton, PA. Steve then became the Regional Manufacturing Manager for the Midwest Region, a position they held until 2000.
In 2000, Pearce joined Ryerson, Inc as the General Superintendent for Operations and Logistics in Chicago. Steve later became the General Manager for the Chicago Market from 2007 to 2010.
Pearce then moved on to Castle Metals in 2011, where they served as the General Manager for their Franklin Park location until 2013.
Since 2013, Pearce has been involved with Rolled Metal Products, initially as the General Manager and subsequently promoted to Vice President and General Manager. In 2016, they assumed the position of President at Rolled Metal Products, where the company specializes in providing direct sales and toll processing of various metals in coil form.
Throughout their career, Pearce has demonstrated a strong leadership ability and expertise in operations management within the metals industry.
Steve Pearce attended Lehigh University from 1979 to 1983, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering. Following that, they pursued further education at the University of Chicago from 1986 to 1989, earning a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Operations Management and Finance.
