Chief People Officer at ROLLER

Bee Hepburn has a diverse and extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Currently, as the Chief People Officer at ROLLER, they are responsible for managing human resources and ensuring the company's growth. Prior to that, they served as the Senior Director of People & Community at 99designs, leading the global People Operations and Community Support functions. In their role as the Global Head of Education and Content, Customer Success at Xero, they oversaw a team of almost 100 employees and led the global strategic direction of the customer success team. Bee also held various roles at Xero, including Education Director - Australia and Xero University Manager. Before Xero, they worked as the Learning and Development Manager at OpenBet and held human resources positions at LloydsPharmacy, SAP, ActiveOps, Salmat, Aconex, and IAG.

Bee Hepburn's education history includes various certifications and degrees. In 1997, Bee completed their VCE at Highvale Secondary College. They later attended Holmesglen in 1998-1999, where they obtained an Advanced Diploma of Advertising. In 2001-2002, Bee obtained a Certificate III in Financial Services from Insurance Australia Group Services. In 2002, Bee also completed a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment from Holmesglen.

In 2004, Bee pursued a Foundations of Human Resources course at the Australian HR Institute. Continuing their education in human resources, Bee completed a Certificate III in Customer Contact at Salmat Learning in 2008 and later obtained a Certificate IV in Customer Contact from the same institution in 2009.

In 2009, Bee attended MRWED, where they obtained a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAA40104) (CIPD Equivalent). In 2010, Bee pursued a Business Simulation Course in Operations Management at AOMi.

More recently, in 2019-2020, Bee attended the University of New England in Australia, where they obtained a Graduate Certificate of Human Resource Management.

In terms of additional certifications, Bee became a member of the Australian HR Institute (AHRI) in June 2020. They also received the Excellence Awards Finalist 2020 for Best Blended Learning Solution from the Australian Institute of Training & Development (AITD) in September 2020. In April 2022, Bee was recognized as #5 AFR BOSS Best places to work in Technology for 99designs by The Australian Financial Review.
