Caroline Will is an experienced professional with a diverse background in client success, training, and project management. Currently serving as the Training & Implementation Manager for ROLLER in the EMEA region since December 2021, Caroline previously held the role of Client Success Manager at VeryConnect, where responsibilities included overseeing new customer onboarding and bespoke implementations for SaaS products. Caroline has a proven track record of managing enterprise accounts, successfully leading multi-stakeholder meetings, and fostering client relationships. Additional experience includes roles at Cadence, Apogy, Dishoom, SciMedMedia, and Cameron Health, showcasing a blend of customer service, operations management, and event coordination skills. Caroline holds a BA in Business-Marketing from San Diego State University.
