Long Tang

Long Tang is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in financial planning and analysis, having held key positions at various organizations. Currently serving as FP&A Manager at ROLLER since March 2025, Long previously worked at Culture Amp as Lead Finance Business Partner and at Red Energy as Commercial Forecasting Manager. Earlier experience includes positions at PageUp as FP&A Lead, Barclays as Finance Business Partner, and GE Capital as Senior Financial Analyst. Long's career began at EY, first as a Senior Consultant and later as an intern trainee, also gaining experience at KPMG as a financial consultant intern. Long holds a qualification from Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand, having qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2010.
