Tom Smalley

Tom Smalley is a Corporate Development Manager at ROLLER, a position held since November 2024. Smalley also serves as a Fellow at Next Chapter since December 2023. Previously, Smalley was the Investment Director at Skalata from September 2021 to November 2024, focusing on pre-seed and seed investments in vertical B2B SaaS and AI, and held multiple roles as a pre-seed and seed investor in various companies. Smalley’s earlier experience includes working as an M&A Lawyer and Law Graduate at King & Wood Mallesons, as well as a Summer Associate at White & Case LLP. Tom Smalley holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts from Monash University, alongside a Victorian Certificate of Education from Ivanhoe Grammar School.
