Lauren Cowgill

Lauren Cowgill has extensive experience in education and leadership, currently serving as an Admissions and Horticulture & Culinary Arts Instructor at Rolling Hills Preparatory School since October 2009. In this role, Lauren develops and implements lesson plans for an organic learning garden, focusing on the essential factors influencing plant growth. Previously, Lauren worked as a Store Manager at Abercrombie & Fitch from September 2004 to October 2009, where responsibilities included developing recruitment strategies to enhance diversity and customer service training. Lauren holds a Single Subject Credential in Secondary Education and a BA in Family Consumer Science Education from California State University, Long Beach.
