Tiffany Griffin

Tiffany Griffin currently serves as the Director of Academic Advising and Support Services at Rollins College, where responsibilities include developing and implementing a comprehensive faculty academic advising program for 120 faculty advisors and 1,800 undergraduate students. With a robust background in academic support, Tiffany has also held positions such as Course Instructor, Academic Success Coaching Coordinator, and Academic Advisor, showcasing expertise in curriculum development, student learning assessment, and academic advising strategies. Prior experience includes roles at the YMCA of Central Florida and the Orlando Science Center, where Tiffany demonstrated leadership in employee training and program management. Tiffany holds a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Rollins College, as well as an Associate of Arts degree in Psychology from Valencia College.
