Zaire Lionel

Zaire Lionel currently serves as the Associate Vice President for Enrollment Management and Dean of Admission at Rollins College, a position held since June 2017, where responsibilities include partnering with senior leadership to implement undergraduate enrollment strategies, managing recruitment and operations staff, and overseeing all aspects of undergraduate recruitment, selection, and enrollment. Prior to Rollins College, Zaire was the Assistant Dean of Admissions at Elon University from January 2012 to May 2017, focusing on event management and staff collaboration. Additionally, Zaire held multiple leadership roles at CACRAO from December 2012 to December 2015, including Immediate Past President, President, and President-Elect, with a focus on planning annual conferences and serving on the Executive Committee. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Human Services with a focus on Executive Leadership from Liberty University, completed between 2006 and 2008.
