Gelair Butler

Gelair Butler currently serves as the Managing Director of Talent Management & Inclusion at Rollins, Inc., a position held since May 2023, after previously being the Director of Workplace Inclusion and Talent Management. In this role, Gelair leads the global diversity, equity, and inclusion strategy to integrate these principles throughout the business and employee lifecycle. Prior to this, Gelair held the position of Director of Leadership Development at WestRock Company from October 2021 to May 2023 and held the same title at Rollins, Inc. from September 2015 to October 2021, focusing on leadership development aligned with company culture and strategy. Gelair's career began at ManpowerGroup in August 2007 as Director of Talent & Organization Development, with responsibilities encompassing leadership development, training, and talent management, later managing teams for various related roles. Gelair Butler earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communications and Sociology from Dillard University between 1990 and 1994.
