Jamie Benton

Jamie Benton has extensive work experience in the field of human resources and compensation & benefits. They worked at Rollins, Inc. from 2014 as the Managing Director of Compensation & Benefits before being promoted to VP of Corporate HR in 2023. Prior to that, Jamie worked at RaceTrac Petroleum as the Director of Total Rewards from 2009 to 2014.

Jamie Benton earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Education from The University of Georgia, where they attended from 1997 to 2001. Following this, Jamie pursued a Master's degree in Health Promotions at The University of Alabama, attending from 2002 to 2003.
