Lia Vaughn

Lia Vaughn has worked in various marketing and communications roles throughout their career. Lia started at InterfaceFLOR as a Communications Intern in 2010, where they conducted research, designed materials, and wrote articles. Lia then joined Creative Consultants as a Junior Account Executive, promoting sustainability-focused organizations through social media and media outreach. In 2011, they interned at Oconee County Library, managing their social media and designing newsletters. From 2011 to 2017, Vaughn worked at Dodge Communications as a Senior Account Manager, providing strategic communications support to healthcare IT companies. Since 2017, they have been employed at Rollins, Inc., taking on roles such as PR Manager, Brand Reputation Manager, and most recently, Marketing Director for Orkin Pest Control.

Lia Vaughn attended The University of Georgia from 2007 to 2011, where they obtained an ABJ degree in Public Relations and a B.A. degree in Speech Communication. In 2020, they obtained a certification in Executive Education Leadership Program from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.
