Shari Jones

Shari Jones, SPHR, has extensive work experience in human resources, holding various roles in different companies. Shari currently works as the Human Resources Director at Rollins, Inc. since December 2017. Prior to this, they worked for Comcast Spotlight for over two decades, starting as an Executive Assistant/Sales Assistant and later becoming a Sales Support Supervisor/Administrative Supervisor. In this role, they oversaw the daily support and processing of client advertising campaigns, implemented hiring strategies, and restructured the support staff to improve the order process. Before their time at Comcast, Shari briefly worked at State Farm Insurance and Fleet Finance in customer service positions.

Shari Jones, SPHR, holds a Bachelor's degree in Business from Kennesaw State University - Michael J. Coles College of Business. Shari also has additional certifications in Change Management from Prosci and Crucial Conversations for Accountability from Crucial Learning. Additionally, they are certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) by SHRM.
