Claudia Pohl has over 20 years of experience in the technology industry. Claudia began their career in 2000 as a Consultant/CIO/COO/Compliance Manager/Owner at WCI, Inc. From 2007-2013, they were the Director of Mobile Development and Delivery for the Americas at Capgemini, where they were responsible for America's mobile solutions delivery and engagement management. Claudia then moved on to Fusion Labs Inc. as Vice President of Product Development and Delivery, Governance and Contracts from 2013-2016. In 2016, they joined Salesforce as Director - Customer Success: Digital Transformation and Business Value Strategist: ROI/TCO Analysis and Trusted Advisor. Most recently, they have been the Vice President - Customer Experience at RollKall since 2020.

Claudia Pohl has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Communications from the University of North Texas, a high school diploma from Lewisville High School, and an MBA in Production Operations/Computer Science from the University of North Texas. Additionally, they have obtained certifications from Salesforce, Capgemini, the Lean Enterprise Institute, ITIL Certified, the ISO International Organization for Standardization, Carnegie Mellon University, and Texas Instruments.
