Brian Staite has held various key roles in the automotive industry, starting with positions at Rover Group and BMW where Brian managed chassis projects and quality control. Brian later transitioned to Rolls-Royce Motor Cars where Brian is currently the General Manager leading strategic site development. Their expertise also extends to the field of sailing, having served as the National Optimist Class Coach for the Royal Yachting Association.
