Guy Aldridge

Guy Aldridge has extensive experience in facilities management and operations, currently serving as the Site Services Operations & Performance Manager at Rolls-Royce Motor Cars since March 2006. In this role, Guy oversees a variety of services including facilities management, landscaping, waste management, food services, and service provider contract management. Prior to this, Guy worked at NEWSQUEST (SUSSEX) LIMITED as the Facilities & Security Manager from April 2002 to March 2006, where responsibilities included managing all facilities management, catering, and security services. Guy's career began at EDO MBM TECHNOLOGY LIMITED, where a progressive path included roles from Mechanical Engineering Apprentice to Maintenance Manager from 1980 to March 2002.
