Karen Johnson

Karen Johnson has over 20 years of experience in the automotive industry, currently serving as a QMT Project Manager at Rolls-Royce Motor Cars since October 2012. In this role, Karen also leads QSB Steering and Process Management and previously worked as a Parts Quality Engineer. Prior to Rolls-Royce, Karen held several positions at McLaren Automotive Ltd from March 2003 to October 2012, including Quality Engineer, Supplier Quality Engineer, Service Coordinator, and Production Technician. Karen holds an HND in Motorsport Engineering from Oxford Brookes University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from The Manchester Metropolitan University.
