Shane Pope

Shane Pope is an experienced logistics and inventory management professional currently serving as the Logistics Launch and Inventory Manager at Rolls-Royce Motor Cars since April 2013. In this role, Shane leads a team responsible for timely part delivery and quality targets for production while continuously improving processes for efficiency. Previously, Shane was a Shift Manager at SYNCREON, overseeing a team of over 70 associates and focusing on workforce engagement. Shane’s educational background includes advanced diplomas in engineering, manufacturing, and leadership from Activate Learning, as well as a BTEC National Diploma in Computer Studies from Chichester College.
