Clare Sandman

Clare Sandman (MCIPD) is currently serving as the Head of HR Business Partnering at Rolls-Royce SMR since January 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Partner at True Reflection Partnership starting from July 2021. Before that, Clare served as a Placement Counsellor at Hope Charity Project from June 2021.

Clare Sandman (MCIPD) is currently pursuing their education at Connexus Institute, where they expect to complete their degree between 2020 and 2024. Prior to that, they attended The Link Centre (Plumpton) from 2019 to 2020. In terms of certifications, Clare obtained a Transactional Analysis Foundation Year and a Certificate in TA Theory from The Link Centre in 2019. clare also holds a Chartered Institute Personnel and Development (CIPD) certification, which they obtained in 2000.
