Tim Gully

Tim Gully is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in various roles within the manufacturing and supply chain sectors. Currently serving as the Engineering Capability Manager for Technology and Facilities and Head of Supply Chain Programmes at Rolls-Royce SMR since November 2021, Tim has previously held positions at Rolls-Royce Civil Nuclear, where responsibilities included Supply Chain Project Manager. Prior roles include Lead Engineer at Chemring Group PLC, Project Engineer at Aber Holdings Limited, and various engineering positions at ThyssenKrupp and MG Rover. Tim holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Birmingham, with a background that includes project management, product development, and manufacturing engineering across diverse industries.
