Andy Keeney has extensive experience at Rolls-Royce, having held various roles since September 2010, including Production Leader, Maintenance Manager, and Manufacturing Services Engineer, with responsibilities centered on the repair and maintenance of machine tools and automation within the Turbine Blade factory. Prior to this, Andy served as a CNC Operator and completed a Maintenance Apprenticeship at Rolls-Royce from September 2006 to September 2009. Additionally, Andy co-founded Derbyshire Computer Services, serving as Director from August 2018 to September 2021. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Engineering Business Management from the University of Warwick (2019-2022), a Higher National Diploma in Operations Engineering from Derby College (2006-2008), a BTEC National Diploma in Aerospace Engineering from Macclesfield College (2003-2006), and 7 GCSEs from The City School, Sheffield (1997-2002).
