Craig Wightman

Craig Wightman has extensive experience in engineering and management roles at Rolls-Royce since February 2012, progressing through various positions including Engineering Manager Producibility, Producibility Manager (Secondment), Engineering Producibility Group Leader, and Manufacturing Engineering Group Leader for Valves and Mechanical Components. In addition, Wightman has served as New Product Introduction Manager (Acting) and held key roles in manufacturing engineering and design for vessels. Prior to Rolls-Royce, Wightman gained experience as a Contract Engineer at Briggs of Burton starting in August 2003 after completing a Technical Apprenticeship in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering. Wightman holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from Coventry University.
