Previously, they served as a Quality Manager at Goodrich and have held various engineering roles at companies such as GKN Sinter Metals and Wild Manufacturing Group Ltd. They hold a BA (Hons) in Business Studies with Systems Practice from The Open University, which they completed in 2007.
