Debbie Foerster

Debbie Foerster has extensive experience in talent management, organizational effectiveness, and diversity and inclusion across various industries. At Rolls-Royce, Debbie focuses on global talent and leadership within the Defense sector. Previously at Marathon Petroleum Corporation, Debbie specialized in performance, succession, and employee engagement. At Shell, Debbie concentrated on organization effectiveness, development, and learning. Consulting roles were held at Capgemini, where support was provided to clients such as Honeywell, Chrysler, and Boeing. Earlier experience includes work with Automotive Components Holdings, LLC, in organizational development and change. Debbie holds a Coaching Certification from the Hudson Institute of Santa Barbara and a Master's degree in Human Resources Organizational Development with a specialization in Organization Effectiveness from Eastern Michigan University.
