Erik Veltman

Erik Veltman is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in compliance, finance, and internal auditing. Currently serving as Head of Ethics and Compliance Procurement & Group Business Services & Digital and IT at Rolls-Royce since July 2017, Erik Veltman is also the Chief Compliance Officer for Rolls-Royce Deutschland and has managed compliance programs related to anti-bribery and corruption. As Vice Chairman of the Anti-Corruption Committee at Business at OECD since June 2022, Erik Veltman promotes ethical practices globally. Previously, Erik Veltman held various finance and compliance roles at Bombardier, overseeing financial management and compliance for regions including North America, Europe, and Australia. Earlier experience includes senior auditing roles at EY and the Dutch Ministry of Finance, complemented by a Master's degree in Public Administration from Erasmus University Rotterdam and other relevant educational accomplishments.
