George Mitchell

George Mitchell currently serves as Vice President - Infrastructure at Rolls-Royce, where they focus on defining strategy and industrialization within the aerospace sector. Previously, George held various positions within Rolls-Royce, including Operations Management Graduate, Production Manager, and Quality Engineer, and was involved in significant projects like a £500 million Civil Large Engine Repair and Overhaul initiative. They also contributed to promoting STEM subjects through the StaRRship team and facilitated training for employees as a ‘High Performance Culture’ Facilitator. Earlier in their career, they worked as an Operations Manager at Mad Dog Builds and served as Treasurer for the Warwick Tricking and Freerunning Society. Currently, George is pursuing a degree in Astrophysics at Kingston University.
