Jane Totten is an accomplished finance and risk management professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently, Jane serves as a member of the Risk and Audit Committee for RNLI and as a Director of Risk and Internal Audit at Rolls-Royce. Additionally, Jane has been a Director at Moreton Partners Ltd since September 2017, with prior interim roles including Finance Manager at Marks and Spencer plc and Financial Consultant at Vectura plc. From May 2012 to August 2017, Jane was Finance Director for the Precious Metal Products Division at Johnson Matthey, where significant transformations were made in governance and finance processes. Earlier experience includes working as an Audit Director at Deloitte, serving numerous high-profile clients. Jane holds an MA in Mathematics from the University of Oxford and completed the Johnson Matthey Senior Leadership Programme at London Business School, alongside obtaining an ACA from ICAEW.
