Jason Hales

Jason Hales is an experienced engineering professional with a career spanning over three decades in design and manufacturing engineering. Currently serving as a Technical Lead at Rolls-Royce since April 2016, Jason oversees the delivery of manufacturing cells in a new Nuclear Facility, ensuring compliance with safety case requirements and involving key stakeholder engagement throughout the design process. Previously, as a Director and Project Engineer at Hales Design Engineering Solutions, Jason played a similar role in delivering manufacturing processes for Rolls-Royce. Additional experience includes roles as a Consultant Engineer at Atkins, Senior Product Engineer at TRW, and Design Engineer positions at Wild Manufacturing and ITW Highland, where Jason specialized in automotive closure systems and product assembly solutions. Jason holds an HNC/ONC & Btec in Mechanical Engineering from Walsall College of Arts & Technology and completed a five-year apprenticeship at ITW Proffitt.
