Jason Kasper

Jason Kasper has extensive experience in procurement and supply chain management, currently serving as VP Group Procurement Compliance, Risk, and Assurance at Rolls-Royce since July 2006, where leadership encompasses procurement process innovation and sustainability initiatives. Previously, Jason held pivotal roles at Rolls-Royce, including Supply Management Executive and Head of Purchasing Systems and Processes, guiding defense procurement and ensuring efficient operational systems. Earlier career accomplishments at Lear Corporation as Materials Manager and Continuous Improvement Manager involved oversight of team initiatives in Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing. Jason holds a Master’s in Engineering Management and a Bachelor’s in Chemical Engineering, both from the Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology.
