Jens Baumeister

Jens Baumeister has extensive experience in the aviation and manufacturing sectors, most notably serving as VP of Business Aviation Operations and Head of Assembly & Test OE & MRO at Rolls-Royce. Prior to this role, Jens held several key positions at mtu solutions, including Director of Assembly and Director of Operations for Medium Engines. Jens also served as Director of Operations at MTU America Inc. and as Senior Manager of Manufacturing Engineering at MTU Friedrichshafen. Earlier in their career, Jens worked as a consultant at MBtech Consulting, enhancing expertise in operational and engineering processes.
