Mark Kelly

Mark Kelly is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in the automotive and aerospace industries. Currently serving as a Manufacturing Engineering Technical Specialist at Rolls-Royce since November 2025, Mark previously held various leadership roles at Aptiv from December 2017 to November 2025, where responsibilities included the development of risk assessment processes and the management of cross-functional engineering teams. Prior to Aptiv, Mark spent 27 years at Delphi, contributing as a Senior IC Architecture & Development Engineer and leading semiconductor projects. Mark's career began at ITT Aerospace as a Product Assurance & Reliability Engineering Intern. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University, earned between 1985 and 1989.
