Nicholas Pearson Ceng

Nicholas Pearson CEng is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in aerospace and automotive sectors. Currently serving as the Integrated Project Team Lead for Future Air Systems at Rolls-Royce since March 2023, Nicholas previously held various managerial roles at GKN Aerospace from 2016 to 2023, including Manufacturing Technology & Industrialisation Manager, Additive Manufacturing Technology Manager, and Technology Manager, where responsibilities included leading engineering teams and developing cutting-edge manufacturing technologies. Additional experience includes program management for the Fanblade Programme at Rolls-Royce and project engineering for GKN’s EVO eDrive systems. Nicholas holds an MSc in Advanced Mechanical Engineering from Cranfield University and a 1st Class Honours BEng in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Portsmouth.
