Pamela Coles

Pamela Coles is the current Company Secretary at Rolls-Royce. Pamela has previous experience as the Head of Secretariat at Centrica plc, the Group Company Secretary at The Rank Group Plc, and the Group Company Secretary and Head of Legal at RAC Plc.

Pamela Coles has over 15 years of experience in corporate governance and compliance. Pamela is a member of the Corporate Centre leadership team and the Legal and Regulatory Compliance Committee. Pamela has managed the Annual Report and Accounts for Rolls-Royce, as well as heading up Legal, Internal Audit, Risk Management, Insurance, Pensions and Board/Exec level Comp and Bens for The Rank Group Plc.

Pamela Coles is an approved person by the Gambling Commission and a Pension Trustee. Pamela has considerable experience in downsizing and leading corporate transactions.

Pamela Coles has a BA in Law and Sociology from Oxford Brookes University and a degree from St Helen's School in Middlesex.
