Peter Carpenter

Peter Carpenter has over three decades of experience in finance, with a significant tenure at Rolls-Royce since 2002, where positions include Vice President of Engineering Finance Transformation, Head of Finance for Engineering in Civil Aerospace, and Global Financial Controller overseeing manufacturing and the gas turbine supply chain. Prior to this, Peter served as a Senior Finance Manager for Central Operations and a Finance Manager for the Compressors business. Peter began his career at Arthur Andersen from 1999 to 2002 as a Finance Projects Development Manager focused on deploying corporate Finance and IT solutions across EMEIA. Peter’s foundational experience in finance dates back to various roles at Rolls-Royce from 1988 to 1999. Academic qualifications include a BSc (Hons) in Finance and Accounting from The University of Salford and A-levels in Maths, Physics, and History from Bedford School.
