Pez Kooner

Pez Kooner is an accomplished digital and IT executive with extensive experience in the aerospace and education sectors. Currently serving as Senior Vice President - Digital & IT and Global Head of IT - Civil Aerospace at Rolls-Royce, Pez Kooner has also held senior roles such as Senior IT Business Partner within the Civil Aerospace division. Additional leadership experience includes serving as Non-Executive Board Director at the Business Relationship Management Institute and various strategic positions at Birmingham City University, including IT Business Partner and Strategic Engagement Lead. Consulting experience includes roles at the University of Redlands and Centro (West Midlands), focusing on business strategy and transformation.
