Richard Guy has extensive experience in finance operations and business partnering, currently serving as the Head of Finance Operations UK at Rolls-Royce since October 2015. Prior roles at Rolls-Royce include various finance business partner positions across Group Business Services and assembly and test operations. Before joining Rolls-Royce, Richard worked at Specsavers as a Senior Analyst in Supply Chain and at Spirit Pub Company as a Commercial Finance Analyst. Richard began the finance career at Sensible Financial Solutions Ltd as an Accounts Assistant. Richard holds a degree from The University of Sheffield, completed in 2010.
