Albertus Mouton

Albertus Mouton currently serves as the Head of UK/US Finance Operations at Oxford University Press since June 2023. Previously, Albertus held senior finance roles at Thermo Fisher Scientific from April 2009 to June 2022, including Senior Director of Finance and Senior Director of Finance & Operations, where responsibilities included overseeing finance for Australia and New Zealand and contributing to strategic planning. Albertus also served as General Manager of Finance and Operations at Alesco Ltd (Biolab) and BIOLAB AUSTRALIA PTY LTD from February 2008 to March 2009. Earlier experience includes positions at BEA Systems as Vice President of EMEA Finance and Senior Director Finance, EMEA, as well as a managerial role at Ernst & Young from 1991 to 2003. Albertus holds several accounting qualifications, including Chartered Accountant designations from the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants and Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand, as well as an Hons. Bachelor in Accounting Science from the University of South Africa and an Associate’s Degree in Electronic and Process Engineering from Tshwane University of Technology.
