Simon Moss possesses extensive experience in the aerospace and defense sectors, currently serving as the Test Facilities Team Leader and previously as a Development Engineer at Rolls-Royce since July 2013, specializing in the validation of Trent XWB engine hardware. Prior to this role, Simon worked at BAE Systems as a Systems Integration Engineer, overseeing customer support for the Tornado Fleet from June 2008 to June 2013. Simon began a career in engineering at Marshall Aerospace and Defence Group, where responsibilities included the documentation of testing and validation processes for the A400M Flight Test Bed from May 2006 to May 2008. The foundational career was established in the Royal Air Force from June 1988 to April 2006, where Simon progressed through various roles related to the maintenance and rectification of Tornado aircraft. Simon's educational background includes attendance at West Bridgeford Comprehensive Nottingham from 1980 to 1986.
