Stephanie Parsons

Stephanie Parsons is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in employee relations and engagement. Currently serving as a Senior Employee Relations Manager at Rolls-Royce since February 2022, Parsons has previously held various positions at Jaguar Land Rover from July 2014 to February 2022, including HR Manager and Senior HR Consultant. Earlier experience includes a role as a Human Resources Assistant at Corps Security from June 2012 to June 2014. Stephanie Parsons holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Business Studies and Psychology from the University of Liverpool and a CIPD Level 7 Post Graduate degree in Human Resource Management from De Montfort University.
