Vikas Kumar

Vikas Kumar K currently serves as Talent Acquisition Manager for both Rolls-Royce and Renesas Electronics since March and May 2024, respectively. Prior to these roles, Vikas held the position of Manager Talent Acquisition at Tessolve from April 2022 to May 2024, where responsibilities included developing talent acquisition strategies and collaborating with hiring managers. Vikas also has extensive experience as Senior Human Resources Manager at Microsoft from June 2020 to April 2022, focusing on budget management and enhancing employee experience, and at IBM from January 2007 to May 2020. Vikas holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HR from Bangalore University, completed between 2008 and 2010.
