Walter Gulumian

Walter Gulumian is a Control System Software Engineer at Rolls-Royce since February 2022, specializing in embedded systems and software engineering. Previously, Walter completed an internship at Rolls-Royce where responsibilities included verifying software requirements for the AE 2100 D3 turboprop engine's Full Authority Digital Engine Control (FADEC) system. Prior experience includes serving as an Aerospace Course Grader and a New Student Registration Assistant at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, as well as working as an Undergraduate Research Assistant in the Electric Propulsion Laboratory, where Walter engaged in the modeling and testing of plasma discharge cells. Walter also interned at SAP Fieldglass, contributing to API development and data integration projects. Walter holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
