Massimiliano Renzi

Massimiliano Renzi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the esports and engineering sectors. As the Founder of eSports Academy since January 2017, Renzi has established a consultancy and event organization agency focused on competitive gaming, fostering key partnerships with prominent sports entities such as Sampdoria, Parma, and Bologna. In addition, Renzi has served as an Engineer at Roma Capitale since December 2001, where responsibilities include overseeing the Dematerialisation Office and GED (Electronic Document Management) as well as managing Photovoltaic Plants for the Municipality of Rome. Prior to that role, Renzi founded Roma Gaming Academy, an event organization and scouting agency for the esports industry, collaborating with UC Sampdoria and Massimo Ferrero Cinemas. Educational background includes a Laurea in Ingegneria Gestionale from the University of Rome Tor Vergata.
