Adam Bates has worked at Roma Finance since 2022 as a Business Architect. Prior to that, they worked at Together - loans, mortgages & finance from 2011 to 2022 in various roles such as Product Owner, Business Analyst, Change Specialist, Commercial Change Coordinator, Commercial Mortgage Processor, Senior Customer Service Agent, and Customer Service Agent. From 2011 to 2011, they worked at Barclays as a Personal Banker.

Adam Bates attended The Misbourne School, Great Missenden from 2002 to 2004, where they studied Media, Communication Studies, and Performing Arts. Adam then went on to pursue a Bachelor's Degree in Media Studies and Radio Production at the University of Chester from 2004 to 2008.
