Dave Rosenfield

Dave Rosenfield has extensive experience in the real estate sector, serving as President at ROMAC since January 1991, and as General Partner at PER Partners since May 2007, focusing on industrial real estate in Arizona and California. In addition, Dave holds the position of Secretary and Manager at Armistead and Companies, Limited, which invests in real estate and various financial instruments. Formerly, Dave served as Past Director for the Remanufacturing Industries Council from 2013 to January 2017, promoting sustainable practices in manufacturing. Additionally, Dave contributed to the Society of Manufacturing Engineers as Past Chair of Chapter 233 from January 2015 to January 2016, fostering educational initiatives in manufacturing. Prior leadership roles include two terms as Past President of PEARL. Education includes attendance at Grant High School and Los Angeles Valley College, along with life experiences at the University of Hard Knocks.
