Thomas Fallati

Thomas Fallati is currently serving as the Parochial Vicar at St. Kateri Tekakwitha Parish within the Roman Catholic Diocese of Albany, New York, since 2021. Prior to this role, Thomas accumulated extensive legal experience as a Partner at Tabner, Ryan and Keniry LLP from September 2008 to 2021, as well as holding counsel positions in the litigation departments at Paul Hastings and Fulbright & Jaworski. Thomas also served as an Assistant U.S. Attorney in the Eastern District of New York, where involvement in the Business and Securities Fraud Section included prosecuting various white-collar criminal offenses. Earlier legal career stages included associate roles at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP and Schulte Roth & Zabel LLP. Academic qualifications include a Master of Divinity from St. Bernard's School of Theology & Ministry, and law and undergraduate degrees from Harvard Law School and Union College, respectively.
