Angie Hemmingsen has extensive experience in administrative and legal support roles, currently serving as the Executive Assistant to the Bishop, Vicar General, Chancellor, and Vice-Chancellor at the Roman Catholic Diocese of Des Moines since October 2008. Previous experience includes working as an Independent Consultant for Thirty-One Gifts from 2011 to 2016, and as a Legal Secretary in the litigation division at Nyemaster Goode from March 1999 to October 2008. Prior to that, Angie held a Legal Secretary position at Ahlers & Cooney, P.C., where duties included bond writing and school employment law. Angie Hemmingsen holds two Associate's degrees in Executive Secretary/Word Processing and Executive Secretary/Legal from AIB College of Business, completed between 1990 and 1993.
