Lupe Garcia is an experienced payroll and human resources professional with over 30 years in the industry. Currently serving as Payroll Leader at the Roman Catholic Diocese of Orange since June 2022, Lupe previously held the position of Sr. Manager, HR Payroll at TTM Technologies, where responsibilities included managing the Payroll Department for U.S. employees and standardizing processes for efficiency. Prior to that, Lupe was Payroll Tax Manager at Fluor Corporation, overseeing payroll compliance and tax filings for over 15,000 employees, and served as Payroll/Benefits Manager at Del-Jen, Inc., managing payroll for over 5,000 employees. Lupe began a career at G&K Services as Office Manager, handling payroll and accounts for a team of nine. Lupe holds a degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix.
